Fee Schedule and Cancellation Policy: Effective 1 January 2026

Attendance at Meetings NDIS
Self-Funded 		Variable — billed in 15-minute increments $220/hr

Additional information:  

  • Medicare rebates available for eligible sessions with a current Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP)  

  • Up to 2 Medicare rebated sessions for caregivers with child’s MHTP. 

  • Same hourly rate applies across all services for transparency and fairness 

Cancellation policy: 

To avoid a cancellation fee, appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. This reasonable notice ensures we can offer the appointment to another client on our waitlist and maintain continuity of care. If you become unwell or circumstances change on the day of your appointment, a telehealth session can be offered instead, provided you are well enough to participate. This option allows therapy to continue and can help avoid a cancellation fee. 

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: No fee. 

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the full session fee. 

Please note: 

  • Cancellation fees cannot be claimed through Medicare, private health funds, or the NDIS. 

  • If cancellation fees remain unpaid, further appointments may be placed on hold until the balance is settled. 

If unexpected illness, emergency or other exceptional circumstances arise, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that life happens, and flexibility will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
